We've tried to anticipate the most common questions you might have. If you don't see what you need below, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 303-993-4118.
How do I register for the CE?
Go to the Register page and click on the button below the date of the session you want. Complete one registration form for each person attending.
I'm coming from out of the area. Can you recommend a hotel?
There are 4 hotels nearby that we recommend (presented below in alphabetical order). Click on a hotel to link to the hotel website:
You are responsible for making your own hotel and travel arrangements; hotel and travel costs are not included in the registration fee.
What is the cancellation/refund policy?
The registration fee is non-refundable. However, your registration can be transferred to a future session date within 364 days of the session for which you registered. Only one such transfer is permitted per registrant (in other words, you cannot "roll over" registration transfers more than once). If you transfer your registration and then do not attend the session into which you transferred, you will forfeit your registration fee.
Where can I find more information about activities and entertainment if I want to extend my stay?
Our recommendation is to check out www.colorado.com, the official site of the Colorado Tourism Office.
Are my registration fee, travel, lodging, and meal expenses tax-deductible?
Expenses associated with attendance at a continuing education (CE) session are usually tax-deductible. Always consult your tax advisor for personalized tax advice.
When will I receive my registration details?
You will receive confirmation of your online registration after you have completed the session registration process. If you have any questions please call our office at 303-993-4118.
Will I receive CE credit for the course?
This course meets the Colorado State Board of Veterinary Medicine's guidelines for automatic approval. This is based on it meeting requirements for acceptable subject matter, caliber of presentation, intended audience, acceptable method of delivery, qualifications of presenter(s), and length of course. Colorado's State Board of Veterinary Medicine allows 6 hours of CE to be claimed for active participation in the full-day course. The Center for the Advancement of Rigid Endoscopy (C.A.R.E.) issues a certificate of attendance for each full-day participant at the end of the day.
